Breaking-in by biscotti

Eleven at night I felt the need to give the kitchen a spring clean. Don't worry, no baby nesting going on. Just happy I finally received from ¿Adónde? my last awaited item for my mini kitchen update. So happy with it I had to celebrate with some baking. What else?

I've made these lime biscotti treats before, but they are so easy to whip up and such a refreshing take on the traditional almond I could not resist making them again with some help from Zoe Isobel.

  

They showcase beautifully on the oak of the Recto Verso tray (my awaited piece) and tea towel from La cerise sur le gateau. Well, I'm off for a couple bites and a glass of Vin Santo. Santé & Salute!
