I bake a lot of cake, especially individual sized ones since gaining two miniature mouths in my household. But I have to say I am bored to tears of the same old round shape...
In steps these timbale moulds from Alessi. And what better time to pull out the stops and step it up than the holiday season. Fun, interesting, minimal beauties. Thing I never thought I would like about a cake mould but thankfully now can. They come in several colors and while the black are stunning, I would probably go for snowy white.
